Terms and Conditions

Promotion Details:

  - Gift cards are priced at $199 each. Buy now, use later.

  - Buy 3 gift cards and receive 1 additional gift card for free. 

  - Each gift card covers one 30-minute mini-session and includes 20 edited images. 

Scheduling and Location:

  - Sessions can only be scheduled Monday through Friday. 

  - Sessions must take place within the Minneapolis city limits. 

  - Scheduling is subject to photographer availability. 

Usage Restrictions: 

  - Gift cards cannot be combined or used to cover any event, wedding, elopement, birth, business, commercial endeavor, or similar photography services. 

  - Mini-sessions cannot be split into multiple sessions or shared between participants. 

  - Gift cards are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes. 

Redemption and Validity: 

  - Gift cards can be used at any time (subject to availability). 

  - Each gift card is valid for a single 30-minute mini-session and cannot be applied toward other services or packages. 

Refunds and Returns:

  - Mini-session gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit. 

Transferability:

Gift cards may be transferred to another individual as a gift but cannot be resold or exchanged

Expiration Policy:

Gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time, subject to availability, as long as Tia Olivia Photography is active and practicing photography.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards:

Tia Olivia Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Modification of Terms:

Tia Olivia Photography reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will not affect previously purchased gift cards.

Right of Refusal:

Tia Olivia Photography reserves the right to decline any session request at its sole discretion, including but not limited to sessions that the photographer deems uncomfortable, unsafe, or inconsistent with the values and professional standards of the business. If a session is declined, the gift card holder will retain the full value of the card for future use, subject to the terms and conditions outlined here.

Limitation of Liability:

Tia Olivia Photography is not liable for any issues arising from the misuse, loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the gift card. Additionally, Tia Olivia Photography is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or inability to schedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as availability conflicts, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. By purchasing and using this gift card, the holder agrees that any liability on the part of Tia Olivia Photography is limited to the original purchase value of the gift card.
